Located Downtown, eat. has emerged as one of the most popular breakfast spots for locals and visitors, thanks to offerings like the shrimp and grits, which is quickly becoming the talk of the town. Start with cinnamon biscuits and then move on to any of Chef Natalie Young’s offerings, like the fluffy pancakes with maple syrup. Yes. Real. Live. Maple syrup. Or, go for something different, like eggs motuleños with green and red chiles and black beans. Opens Thursday – Monday: 8:00am
Peppermill
Breakfast is served 24 hours a day at this Vegas bastion of cheerful gluttony. You’d be hard-pressed to find any Vegas-loving celebrity who hasn’t noshed here late-night, on country-style ham and eggs or biscuits and gravy. Come early enough in the morning, and you’ll mix in nicely with the club crowd soaking up the booze from the night before or having a nightcap in the Fireside Lounge.
Hash House A Go Go
While not a splurge on the pocketbook, Hash House will definitely blow anyone’s calorie budget. A favorite of Vegas natives, this chain out of San Diego serves up mind-blowing portions of breakfast favorites at five Sin City locations. The menu is as enormous as the servings, and brunch options, like house hashes and farm scrambles, are available all day and all night until 11 pm.
The Henry

For a tasty breakfast on the go, set your alarm and head to this Cosmo favorite. This Los Angeles staple is focused on offering fresh, quality products cooked to order. Don’t get there too late though. Lines can be long. Yes, you heard us right, people spend valuable vacation time waiting in long lines for these delicious egg sammies.
Egg & I/Egg Works
Cheap eats and greasy, good food is the name of the game at this Vegas breakfast spot. Serving breakfast and lunch, the Egg & I gives you a fantastic choice of, you guessed it, egg-loving options to soak up the alcohol and give your day a kick start. You get never-ending coffee refills and a nice little injection of sweet, thanks to the complimentary coffee cake that comes with the meals.
