District One Kitchen and Bar
This little spot has quickly gained a reputation for the after-service spot for chefs, and with good reason. It’s essentially Vietnamese inspired tapas and Pho, with a couple Pan-Asian things thrown in. Local favorites like the Maine Lobster Pho are worth the stop, and after-bar eats like Ox Tail Fries with a fried egg make this spot worth its late-night food lover’s reputation.

A locals and industry favorite, Herbs and Rye is the award winning meeting place for people in the know about great drinks. Their cocktail menu spans the last century and a half, but the talent behind the bar are more than willing to whip up something completely new and tailored for your tastes. Midnight to three AM is their after-service happy hour, featuring half-price steaks and entrees, arguably the best late night deal in town.

Located one block from the strip, this spot is surprisingly one of the best spots for tacos in town day or night! El Dorado Cantina has earned themselves a large niche in late night dining with a real commitment to the highest quality organic and GMO free ingredients and a passion for unique flavor combinations. Their street tacos are absolutely amazing, but the whole menu is full of authentic regional specialties. For the ultimate Vegas-story late night bar bite try the Chapulines; grasshopper’s sautéed in either garlic lime or habanero!

Secret Pizza
Located in the Cosmopolitan, on the second floor, there is an unlabeled non-descript door. This door leads down a hallway walled with framed album covers and into a small room. There are old cabinet games, a pinball machine, and one of the better pizzerias in town. After a very long night on the strip, even into the wee hours of the morning, a quality slice of New York style pizza is a fresh minute away.

Chada Thai and Wine
Known for being the secret hangout spot for Las Vegas wine elite, Master Sommeliers and laymen alike come for not only the oenophile’s menu, but for some of the most unique and experimental Thai food in town. Some star dishes, like the Red Crab Curry and Moo Hong (black soy braised pork belly), really set Chada on the top of pile for Thai restaurants in Vegas.

Le Thai
For those looking for late night food after a night of bar-hopping the hip downtown scene, Le Thai is the perfect spot on Fremont to make it a meal. Owned by downtown revitalizing entrepreneur Tony Hseih, it’s a solid modern Thai cuisine, boasting dishes like Pork Jerky or Short Rib Fried Rice, in a very fun downtown casual atmosphere.

In the style of an authentic Japanese pub, Ichiza caters to the late night crowd of Chinatown.
